Does the 0,0,0, priority system in macros not work anymore even after update?

I have a few questions? Does the 0,0, priority system still work after update? Is there a limit to castsequence macros now? Or, did Blizzard break the priority macro system? Some of my macros seem to work and others are pure busted. My last question does Macro Toolkit work with ElvUI? When i install it both of them, all i get is “X” in macro boxes…Thanks.
