Death Knight – Unholy Update 2

Unholy guacamole! Err.. I mean another update. It has been a while since I checked this lazy macro and a visitor on Youtube suggested that I should take a look at the Unholy lazy macro. So here I am after revising a few things, I decided to clean up some of the cast sequence by removing Death Strike. If the player is low on health I suggest to use this ability but for now is out of the sequence to increase the damage in the rotation. I also bring the Empower Rune Weapon ability back and the upper trinket slot since I was able to gain some space inside the macro.

After testing the old lazy macro I noticed that the Dark Transformation spell was not being casted fast enough after it was triggered, so I was able to combine it inside another castsequence to make sure that it does not get skipped many times. I will include this update in the next revision of the addOn plugin.

Protection Warrior YouTube Video!

Warrior – Protection (Tank) Update 2

As I promised, here with more updates to lazy macros on this weekend! This time it is for the Protection warriors out there. It might sound like a small fix but it is a huge advantage in battle. For some reason the spell Revenge it was not working as intended, so I started to test ways to make it work and still keep what is already part of the lazy macro. The downside on this update is that I had to remove the Commanding Shout to make the Revenge spell work. It was a tough decision since I wanted to make everything work but did not want to provide a version that would lock up when fighting against casters. It was a matter to decide which one was more useful per time in the battle. Commanding Shout it has a minute cooldown, that means you have to wait another minute before it goes off again, versus Revenge that can be used multiple times in a minute (about 10) making it to be on the advantage side and so I had to choose Revenge.
There was some cleanup on the Arms and Fury macros but nothing that affected the macros at all, it was a spell called Heroic Throw that I removed because it was not working and so I got rid of it.
Raise swords and shields to fight our foes in epic battles!

Druid – Feral (Cat) Update 2

Meow meow ROARRRR… Back again with another update! I been planning to update these cat lazy macros for about a month, but with school and real life I had to put it on hold for a bit. But finally I have been able to take the time and paw this out for you. Thanks to Nahkohae for suggesting some changes to the macros to increase the damage and efficiency depending on the version you choose.
In the cat dungeon I replaced Pounce with Ravage to give it a boost in DPS and the rotations now reset on targets to prevent any lock ups. In addition I added a modifier (Alt) for refreshing Mangle and Faerie Fire. I had to sacrifice the trinkets slots to have some extra characters space and make the macros work properly.
The cat farming version received an increase of damage by replacing the Claw ability with Mangle and also the normal rotation resets on target to prevent any lock ups. The Faerie Fire spell still resets on 1 second for an easy refresh, just don’t push the macro for a second and then you can reapply the spell. Just remember to spam it or it will try to reapply Faerie Fire if the macro has been released for more than 1 second. These and all the prior updates will be included in the addOn plugin that will be released tomorrow as r9.
I hope you guys enjoy clawing the enemy deeper with these lazy macros!

All Rogue Lazy Macros Updated!

Hello guys! Like I said before, fall is back and so is the university… So back with the rogue news. Thanks to Durnkal for pointing out that the Redirect spell was not working in the Assassination macro and somehow it was locking up in the rotation. Well good news is that I was able to fix the rotation from locking up at all by resetting the castsequence on target and relocated the Redirect spell to be used with a modifier key.

I also added the reset on target to the Combat version. I removed Redirect from the Combat version because there is already a modifier for AoE and was not working before anyway. Feel free of editing to the modifier spell of your preference.

And last but not least is Subtlety. I was able to relocate the Redirect spell to be used with a modifier key. Also for the second version of this macro (Backstab version), since is only to be used when you are behind the target, I modified the ambush to be automatically casted when Shadow Dance is up. Isn’t that great!?

All these fixes and older updates will be included in the next update of the addOn plugin as r9.
I will be spending some time this weekend trying to improve or clean up some other macros.

Death Knight – Blood (Tank) Update 2

Hello everyone, I decided to take a look at the Blood DK tank macro again and found a spell that it shouldn’t be in the second castsequence. It was Empower Rune Weapon, with its big cool-down of 5 minutes, it was preventing it to go into a third round in the sequence and that is why I didn’t noticed this earlier. I was able to fix the lock up in the sequence by giving Empower Rune Weapon its own cast line. I must of mixed up the macros in the past while testing new ways to improve it, because I fixed the same problem on the frost lazy macro a long time ago.
I will add this macro update to the addOn plugin as r9.

Warlock – Affliction PvP Lazy Macro

Fear, fear, fear! Isn’t that annoying in PvP? Well now you can also join the “Fear” party! Thanks to n00b for commenting and providing a modified version of the Affliction Warlock lazy macro that is useful in PvP like battlegrounds. Since is mostly based on damage over time spells, you can basically kite the opponents while throwing spells like mad. Just remember is not a smart macro, it won’t make you instant win, if is used in the proper ways you can win many battles successfully. You can find this PvP version of the macro in the Affliction lazy macro section or the addOn plugin as r8.

Rogue – Poisons Lazy Macro

Back again with more. Thanks to our visitors, we get improved macros and close to perfect rotations. But this time, thanks to Baine for the contribution on the comments, other people will benefit from a simple macro to apply poisons to their weapons easier and faster. This lazy macro can be modified to any poisons by simply editing the names on it. I didn’t provide different combinations because there could be several of them and depends on what the player will do. Instead of adding a lot of modifiers for each poison, I left it as Baine posted it on the comments. This way it creates less confusion on which key to press to apply the poisons and is better the player just edit to their preference. I will also include this lazy macro in the addOn plugin as r8.

Macro might be outdated, please check the forums for up to date macros.

Here is the poisons lazy macro:

Macro Explanation: It will apply Instant Poison on Main Hand Weapon, then Deadly Poison on Off-Hand and Deadly Poison on Range Weapon slot.

You can edit the names of the poisons to the ones you prefer.

Warrior – Fury Update 2

Summer is almost over and the school is about to begin. So I have been visiting some of my WoW friends and soon I will be posting videos and updates as needed, hope you all had a great summer. So I have an update for the Fury Warrior lazy macro and it is a fairly simple change so it does not lock up in case of a mistake using the old version. And also besides combining sequences, I was able to include Execute to the macro. The Execute spell will go off as long you have enough rage after casting an ability from the first sequence and the target is under 20% health. I wish there was a way to include priorities and make them become smart macros, but I believe there is not a way to do it right now without third party programs. I also included the Slam macro to prevent casting it unless is instant. I will include this update and the slam macro in the addOn plugin as r8.
Don’t forget to stack lots of hit rating, use slam when it is instant and hold a modifier key for shout and colossus smash!
