7.3.0 - Bringing Fury Macros on New Level

Hey guys,

i think many of u waiting for some update, so here i come with fresh new modified macros from 7.2.5.

Problem of fury warriors is … that they are still very good and playable in AoE fights, but struggling in single target combat. U literally cant do more than 1,1 milion dps on single target. Arms in these days doing in same fight at about 1,4-1,5 milion dps. Depends on fight. Mortal strike + Rend are doing crazy stuffs.

I dont like Blizz, cause of that, but what can i do … they are doing boost and nerf between arms / fury absolutly from begining of datadisk and i like fury spec so much.

I divides macros between 4 of them. Always use 1) Burst at start of fight … 2) Filler during the fight, because u want manipulate and calculate with cooldowns (new one) … 3) Multi use only in heavy AoE fights … and another new one, still in test phase is 4) Execute macro for finishing phase.

Please, test them with me, and let me know, how they works.

Quick question, when you say start of the fight, how long do you mean, one rotation of 3 secs for instance?

Till your big buffs drop off i guess.

Every fight is very situational, so its hard to answer how long at the start, sometimes it can be a little shorter, sometimes a little longer …

but … in easy way how to say it DarksideGR. answered corectly - “till the big buffs drop off” … in practic site … it looks like you charge to boss (can be used by macro) … smash 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 till u have every buffs … smash 2 2 2 2 2 2 2 2 2 2 (sometimes it cycling slowly so u need to click extra rampage manually) till “Convergence” reset your Battle Cry … than smash 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 … and another smashing 2 2 2 2 2 2 2 2 2 2 … and here comes a little harder part … in 3-rd reset of Battle cry u need to calculate another use of Battle Cry with another cooldowns like Avatar, Odyns Fury etc … u always need to calculate benefit of using …

For example … Kil Jaeden … U have Avatar and Odyns on CD (left i know know maybe 20 secs) … but u have aviable Battle Cry and boss have 82% … question is smash the “Filler” and wait another phase ? or smash the “Burst” ? … answer is smash the “Burst” … why ? Because dps benefit from BC is higher than waiting for another phase … and till he goes landing into second phase u can be absolutly sure u will have ready next BC with another CDs. When he land “mostly Bloodlust is used in raid” … than use Potion of the Old War, smash the “Filler” … wait till Mirror Images from players comes under boss … and smash Burst as Hell …

and thats only one from many examples how to use Burst / Filler situational macros.

having trouble keeping enrage up. only getting like 50%. not sure if its the marco or what

i pull about 1.2m Dps every time there some times i pull 985…with il 905 also this line “/cast Berserking”, i think you was to put “/cast Berserker Rage”,

Berserking = Troll racial.

iam doing 1.M with a ilvl 922 … and that is bad!!

/cast Furious Slash

Does this line cast as I thought premacro and post macro needed a loop limit or the spell doesn’t cast?

Ad Spoony … its working … but Furious Slash is only stupid filler ability, when u are on CD of rampage / raging blow / bloodthirst … u absolutly dont want in any case do hard-casting of furious slash. It cost u huge dps loss.

And guys, all of u :slight_smile: I seriosly dont know what u are solving here … macros are working corectly … in this moment i am at (934 ilvl equiped +/-) (66 traits) … and doing with them mythic plus runs at lvl 15 / 16 without any troubles.

Just sit in front of your monitors and computers, go with charakter in front of target dummys and train … how i trained … for hours … how to rotate them corectly with maximum effect.

Fury is fury … and fury never will be as strong as arms is in these days … can compare by myself … got also arms spec with even better equip and breakpoint 70% ++ mastery + ofc BIS leges … and those Execute phase for arms … its just incredible … when i saw how i am doing 5 000 000 hits with mortals and executes in final phase … i just wanted to cry.
