Casting Kill Command and Burst macro

Hi,

For Kill Command
It’s maybe a stupid question, but to cast kill command as much as possible, should I put it like this:
“/cast Dire Beast”,
“/cast Titan’s Thunder”,
“/castsequence Kill Command, Kill Command”,

Or like that:

“/cast Dire Beast”,
“/cast Titan’s Thunder”,
“/cast Kill Command”,

For Burst Macro
Is it possible to make a macro to cast Bestial Wrath followed by kill command and cobra shot , and repeat it, to take advantage of Killer cobra? Or would it be a waste of time/damage?

If you want a macro that alternates kill command and cobra shot under Bestial Wrath it would look something like this i think:

/cast Bestial Wrath
/castsequence Kill Command, Cobra Shot
