This sequence uses any talent. It may look a little janky but spent a while testing and got it down to always cast mangle and thrash off cooldown with in 1-2 seconds when they come available.
Also has moonfire and wild charge as the start with often moonfires to compensate for galactic guardian procs. It is not often enough to mess with rotation or dps lose even if soul of the forest talent is taken.
All Guardian defensive spells are not included as they should be used manually and not part of a macro.

I have done raid training dummy testing and at ilvl 355 unbufed I am able to do 4.8k dps sustained.
