as the title states, can i cast rip, but only if there are 5 combo points? im looking to maximize my dps, and then say only cast ferocious bite or maim if the target already has rip?

yes you can make one macro that only builds combo points and another to spend them, like https://wowlazymacros.com/forums/topic/new-two-button-macro-set-purr-and-roar/

im looking more for a command line that will only cast rip if there are 5 combo points. and next to only cast ferocious bite if the target has rip. just wondering if that is possible to create those conditions on cast

cant be done. Blizzard explicitly prevents you having a command that will only cast at 5 combo points as it wants you the player to make the decision to use the ability at which ever point in time you the player feels is appropriate.
