i want to either cast @target or cast @cursor for these 2 spells and on the same button can anyone help?

You pretty much have it. You cannot do an @target on a reticle spell at all.
/castsequence [@cursor] Lightning Surge Totem, Healing Rain
1 press for Lightning Surge Totem and press it again to Healing Rain.
It will not cast both together
its either @cursor or @player
