Cant help you much with the macro as i have no idea what macro he uses, but i can give you an advice from personal experience.
If he has mental issues, i would not recommend sitting in front of the computer all day to play. When i do that for 2-3 days i get some sort of mild depression myself. I get more agressive than usual and quality of life declines quite much.
If you want to help your son, help him do something productive, make him feel useful and wanted. Dont just put him in front of the computer to get some peace at home…

Install the addon and type /gsse, copy a macro for the class he playes here into the gsse window and press Import.
