Pretty simple and highly effective, Ive not seen this posted anywhere so I thought I would share. So the shields obvious need is in preventing any dots or AoE from stopping the fronds heal stream. The vanish takes you out of combat, a requirement of the EBF, and EBF heals you to full in 3-4 seconds, more than enough time to re-engage your target. You can get your EBF from your Garrisons Tavern quest giver. Hope it helps, Cheers!
