/use [help] 13 not work?

Hi
i use (or want to use) following macro, simplified:
(Explanation: use Trinket + Healing on a friend, use Mindsear on an enemy)

/use [help]13 /use [harm]Mind Sear;Prayer of Healing
However the Trinket is not used with a help / noharm parameter. For instance this works: (Explanation: use Trinket + Healing on a friend, use Trinket + Mindsear on an enemy)
/use 13 /use [harm]Mind Sear;Prayer of Healing
Anyways I do not want to use when targeting an enemy. Any ideas?

Well you do not “use” mind sear so that is a problem, you /cast it. /use [@player,noharm] 13 should work

/use [@target,help] 13
