i changed commanding shout for spell reflect works better for the execute in the macro

Hi, what is the rotation ? i mean do i have to spam the ““Builder one”” then use the ““Dump”” when the enemy is below 25% hp ?

Spam builder till 100 rage then dump for burst and if u wanna execute just spam builder if they are in range it will execute
