I agree, the update is very necessary
No - It hasnt been used since GSE 1.5
GSE 2.0 included the translator and since then this addon has only taken up space on your hard disk and done nothing. This hasnt been needed for the last 18 months.
The new format for macros in 2.3.01 also means that new macros will work in any language/client without translation.
