Hi guys, this is my first post, so please be gentle!

For Season 2, I have updated a few things in my build. The main change is that I am now mainly playing Farseer instead of Stormbringer.

Tip: When you cast Elemental Blast, you receive a stat buff. In AoE, I have added a modifier to manually cast Elemental Blast and make sure I get the buff. I mainly use this before burst windows.

The import string is the same for both Farseer and Stormbringer. The only difference is the burst macro listed at the end.

AOE modifiers:

  • Alt – Lava Burst (use this while Lava Surge is active, so Lava Burst is an instant cast)
  • Ctrl – Elemental Blast (hold Ctrl until Elemental Blast is cast; otherwise, the Maelstrom will be used for Earthquake)
  • Shift – Stormkeeper

ST modifiers:

  • Alt – Lava Burst (use this while Lava Surge is active, so Lava Burst is an instant cast)
  • Shift – Stormkeeper

Ascendance is not included in the rotation or as a modifier. Please use the following macro:

You can also add your racial ability here. I am playing Orc, so I add /cast Blood Fury after my trinkets.

I dont understand the rotation with this seq, do you mind taking the time to write down how this seq works with us pressing elemental blast and lava burst please & ty

Hey @Monk, ty for trying my sequence!

When you cast elemental blast, you recieve a buff, so i personally cast it right before my Ascendance/Stormkeeper.

You simply hold the modifier, until it has casted Elemental Blast, and you are good to go.

Lavaburst is mostly the same, when you notice that you got Lava Surge up, just hold the modifier until you casted Lavaburst.

Most of the time you hold the button for the basic rotation and can decide when to use your „big cds“.

So you get much more damage during your Stormkeeper/Ascendance :slight_smile:

Quick question what does your opener look like with this sequence? are you hard casting lava burst first? Then going into the sequence?

Thanks for your feedback! I hope you are having fun with it in Season 2.
Maybe I will optimize some things there.
For single target rotation you can cast Lava Burst right before the pull and Stormkeeper/Ascendance.
While AoE, just spam the sequence, Volatic Blaze got highest prio anyways :slight_smile:

Continuing the discussion from 12.0.7 - Elemental Stormbringer M+/Raid (outperforming SBA) - July 14, 2026: Really great work and love that u put in the explanation on how to use , maybe its good idea to put it in the description instead of the comments . Does season 2 looks like it will change this or it remains the same.

I have not played on beta-servers for season 2, so i will check after update and may change some things.

Thanks for the update - however it does not seem to cast Stormkeeper when playing Farseer AOE/MT

@FM2026 Stormkeeper is on mod:shift, should work fine, just tested it.
