4.2 Shaman - Elemental Lazy Macro

I did this a couple of months ago for family and friends that decided to try elemental, but eventually they liked more enhancement and stick with it, with one of my macros of course (link). Basically goes through a rotation and in between few chain lightnings and pop some cooldowns. If you need to aoe just hold a modifier and hit the macro. Lazy macro for you!

Macro might be outdated, please check the forums for up to date macros.

This is off a bit…all it does is cast one flame shock, one unleash elements and then spams lightning

Thanks for bringing it up to my attention, but is weird cause I test it so many times. Wonder if it has something to do with the latency, ms dragging setting or cast on push instead of release. Did you modified any of these?

I will try to make a little video and eventually that will be one of the new things that I will add to the website, so people can see the macros working on live server.

ok numbers…using your macro with a gear score of 355

I get 13,300 dps over 5 min sell buffed on a target dummy

wile using your last macro nets me 11,670 so a marked improvement thanks!

Nice macros but might I suggest uploading the videos to youtube and embedding the links

I copied the macro correctly for some reason, i rarely cast lava burst, and when i do flame shock has not been refreshed. On the Fury warrior macro i spam it, is there a method or anything i’m missing on this macro? Is it spammable? What can I do to make this work?

Some people have had trouble copying the macros from the site and pasting them into the game. The trick is to double click on the macro box once and it will highlight all, that’s what you copy. Do not try to highlight it yourself, if fail to highlight all first time, just click outside the box and double click inside the macro text again.

As you can see Blackadder got it working by the comment he left and yes this macro is spammable once you have copied it right.

I’m noticing a slight casting delay with this macro. Seems to be about .1 seconds or so of the macro deciding what it wants to do. Any way to clean this up?

Hello Ragingbrb, I will be checking this out as soon as I can. Maybe have to adjust the “ms” settings? Thanks for the feedback.
