🦁 Aerrek's UI: FERAL // Tracks Combo Points, Smart Rip / Primal Wrath, Apex Predator Procs, & MORE! // Range Detection! Healing Capabilities! Utilities Monitoring! // The War Within! [11.0.2]

First - I’d like to thank you for your effort.
I’ve setup everything as mentioned, but something is not working.

  1. It won’t start hitting dummies (will let me shift charge, but won’t start attacking)
  2. If I manually start and then use the macro, it’s starts auto-attacking after using feral frenzy. using ctrl-alt-shift works as planned.

Hey @elad_shlezinger,

Feral has two abilties that initiate combat: Wild Charge and Rake.

If you are far from the target you will Wild Charge (picture 1)
If you are close to the target you will Rake (picture 2)

What might be happening is that if you are Prowled, Wild Charge leaps to the target but does not start combat; it only stuns the target. You need to continue to hold SHIFT to hit him with the Rake as well.

Lmk if this was or was not the issue :sweat_smile:

I update your macro but it split in 4 modifiers

Yes, with the new system we have to do the keybindings differently.

I made a youtube video on how to do this, also written instructions near the top of the post.

You’ll need to keybind each imported sequence.

One for your mouse button with no modifier, then for your mouse button with each modifier (SHIFT, CTRL, ALT), totaling 4 keybindings.

Each modifier runs it’s own sequence.

It should look something like this:
image
*Yours will say feral of coarse :smile:

Honestly this is better because I can script more advanced macros into each modifier.

This macro isnt rolling very well. It Charge then Rake, Tigers furry and then stops and only auto attacks. its not renewing bleeds/dots. Also for a all talent sequence i think it is missing a few spells but i might be wrong i am no druid player

Aerrek, i like what your doing with your macro’s. Keep up the good work

Hey @Littleruler_2122,

Thanks for pointing that out. I’m not sure how but when I opened the in-game !Rake&Thrash macro it looked all messed up, fixed it.

For the missing talents, there are a few I left out that Feral (almost) never uses. This helps keep the cyclomatic complexity of the macro down so that it runs faster.

Also be sure to use the WeakAura if you’re not

Should be working now :+1:

Sorry, i reallly cannot make it work in any way, half a day spent on try to understand how you think it will be used. Anyway the travel form in the mid of the macro is really a pain in the ass in the outerworld (always pacified because travelform means howl and so cannot engage)

If you could upload some video or image on how you intend to configure maybe can help ? until now it’s too overcomplicate

Don’t know why, but the macro still won’t use combo points.

Hey @Fede-xu,

So if I’m understanding you correctly, your issue is with Travel Form usage.

I can see how casting Travel Form while you are trying to Prowl would be annoying. I’ve updated the macro and removed automatic Travel Form.

Let me know if there’s anything else :+1:

I cant for the life of me figure out what “/use [combat,nochanneling] Throns” is in block 1.2

That, my friend, is a misspelling of Thorns, the PvP talent.

Fixed

@Fede-xu,

I made a new Video, link near the top, and went into everything with a little more detail, hope that helps

@elad_shlezinger

:thinking:

Try deleting the macros from the in-game menu, “Rake&Thrash” and “Moonfire” then import the updated version of both the macro and WeakAura, let me know

I figured it was supposed to be Thorns, but could not figure out where that was. Clearly I dont pvp haha

I have. tried on a different computer and mouse as well. nothing helps it. It won’t start a fight, and if I rake manually and then start - he’s not using the combo points, only convoke then autoattack.

GSE has been updated. Try that and use new import :+1:

Hey Aerrek! I’m apprechiating your hard work! Loving the combat system what you made. I have only one tiny problem. Convoke works, every cd works, but somehow it doesnt want to ever use trash and rake, only when using convoke. I refreshed gse and weakauras as well, tried to import your macro again, but still no difference. Can you help somehow? Thank you very much :slight_smile:

There have been some issues with the in-game macros not importing, try importing with the updated GSE and verify that all of the in-game macros are appearing:

[@Moonfire]
/targetenemy [noharm,nomounted][dead]
/castsequence [known:155580,combat,nochanneling] reset=target Moonfire,null

[@Thrash&Rake]
/targetenemy [noharm,nomounted][dead]
/castsequence [known:202028,combat,nochanneling] reset=1 Thrash, Rake, Brutal Slash, Brutal Slash
/castsequence [combat,nochanneling]   reset=1  Thrash, Rake, Swipe, Swipe

:+1:

Hey! Apprechiating your help so much. I’m sorry that I’m on this noob level, but this macro what you just wrote to me, is way too long, can’t make it work. I mean if I do it in the original macro maker when pressing escape, its way too long. If I decide that I’ll do it whenever its too long, and in GSE macro menu put the full macro, still doesnt work. Any idea? Or I’m the problem here, and my lack of skills? :smiley:

No worries,

I just reuploaded all of the import strings for all systems. Now, you should be able to add the in game macros directly using the GSE Sequence Import string.

If the in-game macros are not automatically generated:

  1. Open the in-game macro menu with /macro
  2. Switch to the Character Specific macros tab.
  3. Create the following two macros:

Macro 1

Name:
@Moonfire
Body:
/targetenemy [noharm,nomounted][dead]
/castsequence [known:155580,combat,nochanneling] reset=target Moonfire,null

Macro 2

Name:
@Thrash&Rake
Body:
/targetenemy [noharm,nomounted][dead]
/castsequence [known:202028,combat,nochanneling] reset=1 Thrash, Rake, Brutal Slash, Brutal Slash
/castsequence [combat,nochanneling] reset=1 Thrash, Rake, Swipe, Swipe

It’s important that the names are spelled correctly (with the @)

Lmk if you have problems :+1:
