I just threw this together and works great for me. I figured I would share for anyone needing it. The way it works is it casts your Healing Stream Totem at your feet, applies HoT’s to your focus target or mouseover target. Mouseover takes priority. It will then throw out your Surging Totem at your cursor location. Them spams Chain Heal on your focus unless you mouseover.

If you hold Alt, it instead cast Healing Wave instead of Chain Heal.

If you hold Shift, it will do your damage rotation on your focus’s target.

Make sure you set a focus or you will be highly disappointed. This will consume your mana fast so try not to just spam the button non stop.
