So i recently swapped out from Unholy into Blood for a while and this is what i am now running. There is only one spell in this macro which you may need to pause and this would be Blooddrinker. You can leave it to spam but Blooddrinker will clip around 50% I run this one at 1350/1.350ms with +400ms as spellqueue. It appears to handle them ok to be honest. It will not drop them immediately on proc but within the proc timeframe? I will make a quick vid but essentially it will always go DnD right off of CD. Also i have the head lego to reduce the time. ---

Tend to use AHK/Synapse/Logitech/Punchkey. I personally use Logitech for my single button/mod stuff and AHK for more than 2 buttons. 1350 is 1.3 seconds so it can work just by tapping and pausing on Blooddrinker. However, knowing how others use this it will be 50ms 😛 Means you would need to use one of the above mentioned programs to repeatedly press the key that fast. ---

Hi James, I’m not to sure if this is allowed and admin may delete this, I have modified the AHK script to use with the #4 key as you have mentioned. lol - why would it not be allowed? It’s what was asked for 🙂 It’s perfectly fine to post key repeating AHK scripts along with macros or when requested. The only ones i personally have an issue with are the ones that press multiple buttons for 1 button pressed, but i wouldn’t remove them unless they basically played the game for you 😛 ---
