how fast do i need to push the button? like in 200ms or slower like 500ms?
That will depend on a couple of factors (latency, FPS) - Recommend starting at 100ms and testing on dummies and see if the macro is hanging, skipping / missing spells and adjusting accordingly. For reference I have around ~30ms and ~50-60fps in raids and 100ms works well for me.

hai confused hunter here is the st build better for m+ then the aoe if u have 4 piece ?
Both are acceptable in m+, ST nomulti build with old 2pce and new 2pce preforms well, even surpassing 4pce at lower ilvls ( sub ~ 700ilvl ) - 4pce ST nomulti build gives you more chances to proc beast cleave via stampedes proccing dire cleave resulting in some serious cleave action and giving you more prio damage to melt casters and bosses faster, especially useful in coordinated groups. While the m+ aoe may give better overall performance, the ST nomulti build can be dubious in pugs that may not directly see the benefit of prio damage. I’d try both and see which you enjoy / prefer! 
bear in mind you can min / max this and other macros between eyes of the beast abuse, multidotting and stampede aiming/holding..
The aoe strand isn’t casting bloodshed for me
Yes I noticed that also, you may have to re-manually add it to the first bloc (after BW) and save for it to take effect until I can post a updated version, thx for notifying!

Using the No Multishot ST build managed to push 2.5k my first season, with today’s buffs to BM perphaps 3k is in killshot range

Can you maybe explain how you would figure out the right MS?
I have a Logitech G903 and using their software for macro press and have it set to 100ms, but i also see in the GSE settings menu you can choose “MS Click Rate” and that i have just removed and sayed “Okay”

Nah your good, no noobie questions, just easier ~ It’s trial by error, what I do is + or - my MS depending on if the macro is skipping / hanging ( I’ll increase MS to slow it down ) or if it’s barely firing ( decrease MS to speed it up ) and adjust by ~ 50ms and re- test the macro on target dummies to find the sweet spot. FPS, Ping and Haste stat can all effect it so just be patient and you’ll find success

hello mate, if possible, can you provide screenshot for the ms click rate setting, i also use a g hub logitech software and usually set that to 100 ms on the macro settings of the g hub’s own settings. are both settings different from each other, should i remove ms click rate from marcos or something, if you can explain it as simple as you can ( english not my native language, that is why i asked for screenshots ) that would be great 
What are your haste stat %, FPS and Ping as I’m running 100ms also? (I use AutoHotKey software but gHub is fine too) 
What talent build are you running? For reference I’m running the ST no multi build and averaging ~4M ST in raid with ~699ilvl 2pce as well.

And sometime it just stops doing nothing then resume doing something and then there is nothing happening again, not sure if its course its trying to cast a spell that is on CD and need to skip lines before doing something or what is happening.
I noticed your running deathblow for more kill shots and taking killer instinct over serpentine rhythm, for the ST macro I find running rhythm a noticeable DPS increase in both ST and AoE scenarios, also it makes the macro flow better with lower haste ratings! You want to dump as much stats to gain ~30% haste to make BM PL really shine. Killshot in it’s current state while looks aesthetically pleasing, doesn’t provide a DPS gain over more cobra shots .. but without simming your character, I’m making assumptions.
