I run this with 150ms, but feel free to adjust the MS to your preference between 100-250ms.
I wouldn’t recommend going below 100ms, though.

Great work! Just a quick note—the macro you’ve shared is for Blood DK, not Frost DK. 
Personally, I prefer casting D&D manually, though I know a modded key can do the same. Sometimes, keeping the GSE boxes simpler with fewer lines of text can help things run more smoothly. Keep it up!

The Macro has been updated, I added some modded keys.
I also ran multiple tests and the macro is still doing very well.

This one really made me smile because I totally get it! It’s for the masterfrost spec.
I’ve also included additional information in the main post that highlights the talents.
The amount of time you put into to making all the profiles are really a BIG help to ppl.
for my own case it is i am hapdicapped in my fingers and i cant play if i dont have ppl like you making profiles like this for the toons.
so for me and ill bet ya for outers too a Big Hug and Thx a 1000 Times.
