hi there mate, I see the meta classes on top of the list as it be, and your shaman right there. What you think about the sequence? Does it compete with most of other classes out there? 54k is not that bad at all for a raid boss fight imo

its good marco burst damage im doing 200k but after 1-2min i drop down to 50k - 54k so over all its good

the drop is kinda ok for now, at least until we have the full set with correct stats cap, enhancement does need that.

changelog:

1- conditionals to track buffs/auras and cast skills as needed were added and are working ok, still further test on this;

2- removed many of the conditions such as [combat, nochanneling], something odd is happening when using the Maelstrom procs to insta cast bolts, where the sequence freezes as it is casting all the time.

3- Worked a better way to proc stuff without repeating sequencial blocks, hopefully it improved Maelstrom generation and now increases the number of casts for bolts.

Not sure what I’m doing wrong but when I use this macro it only casts lightning bolt for me. Using v6 and GSE latest via curseforge.

Make sure you have these options checked/unchecked as this print

Make sure you are using /reload between each of the steps, importing, reload, keybinding, reload, etc.

If all that is not working, please try the following options (KEEP IN MIND THAT FROM HERE ON, SOME COMMANDs WILL WIPE SAVED DATA FROM YOUR GSE ADDON, make sure to backup your data)

step 1: type /gse clean and reload (wipe on memory data)
step 2: type /gse forceclean and reload (wipe cached and saved and storaged data)
step 3: import sequence version 6 and reload
step 4: setup your keybind and reload
step 5: type /gse checksequenceforerrors and reload

Hi, this new version is firing everything but stormstrike for me.

I made a few modifications to have more control over my cooldowns.
I use Doom Winds + Surging Totem manually as a separate combined macro:

this is a trick line to force GSE to read it all, this will make sure I have that block considered and used.

Thanks for sharing @eofen! sounds like a more controlled approach for sure. As I have some limitations for keep press myself, my sequence using almost all the enhancement’s toolkit is a must =)

so with gse you really cant bind your gse macro then hit a mod and it works

why i cant say, it used to

it just doesnt function well or at all anymore this way

you have bind your gae macronto a key lets say x

then you havenalso bind otjer keys to that macro with the modifier

so in the above example

you hit

bind tonopen the bimd window

select

x AND your mod ie alt

so you have

x+ALT

THEN SELECT THE MACRO TO BIND IT TO THOSE 2 KEYS

half way tru it still seems to hang up casting only auto attaks for like 10 seconds . any input on this ., ?

are you using the updated talents posted here? Still are a few mechanics and transitions that are freezing GSE, you probably need a /reload somewhere around nexus-point, magister’s terrace and another one I can’t remember right now.

also, if you have any logs I can check, will be a blast!

PS.: Just did a quick upload of updated GSE sequence, compared to GSE addon version, it could be the cause of the hick-up you facing, mind to give it a test ? Remember to delete the prior version 8, give it a /reload and just after all that you import this new code (same as original post). Ty.

Changelog:

  • Worked a better way to dish out Voltaic Blaze during burst and rotation wise
  • Lava Lash is getting above average usage, during Hot Hands
  • Stormstrike now does better dps contribution
  • Doom Winds burst and usage improved during rotation (thinking about removing it from automation and giving it a modifier for better usage, plans for the future)
  • Sundering now fires off of GCD and near the optimal usage

Future plans

  • Adding a modifier or condition to Doom Winds, planing on having it’s usage a bit better in terms of encounter compliance
  • Voltaic Blaze still needs a better way to fire off, working on that and testing GCDs around
  • Stormstrike and Lava Lash still need some love, due to complexity of Enhancement their buffed versions are way to “windowed” for 90%-100% compliance, my goal is to reach at least 85%, learning LUA coding for that.
