This macro is for all levels of Mythic+ with Guardian Druid.
This focuses on Mangle / Thrash uptime, and stacking as much ironfur as possible. This also aims to put down Lunar beam on CD and use Rage of the Sleeper with it.
This macro only requires that you use your utility (Incarn, Survival Instincts, Ursols Vortex, Typhoon) manually.
This does not activate trinkets, as most of the good tank trinkets are situational.
**Mods : **
Alt : Frenzied Regeneration Shift : Incap Roar
I have run up to +14s with this Macro, logs below :
Are you using AHK? If not, maybe you need to put them on different keybindings with the modifiers? With an AHK script you can have it recognize and input without having different keybindings.
When you import it, you will then need to go to the keybinding setttings in GSE, and add a new keybind. Lets say you us R as the keybind. You would need to make 3, one that is just “R”, one that is “Shift+R” and one that is “Alt+R”. All linking the to the same macro.
So leveling with this sequence is pretty good, never a problem. Of course if people mass pull, then you have to spam thrash manually to get aggro (stopped being a problem, when you got into the lvl 60 range), but that was pretty much it.
I’m looking forward to giving it a spin through M+, once I finally get the druid to 80 and some basic gear to get into +2 and onwards.
@Chingon, you should look into making an ST raid spec with Druid of the Claw
Yeah the M+ for the sequence you have works wonders. I just stopped tanking as I got sick and tired of how bad some DPS are, when you want to time keys.
So I jumped back onto my other character, so I can DPS and make the tank(s) life easier xD
How can i change the automation of Lunar Beam and Rage of the Sleeper and make them trigger by a modifier? it’s a waste to trigger when moving or gathering mobs for example, i want to trigger them when i am stationary.
You would need to go ahead and do that manually. If you look at the editor for GSE and see how the macro is made, you can see stuff like /cast [mod:shift] etc etc for example. So you would need to add those lines to those blocks of /cast [mod:enter] or whatever spell/skill name etc etc.
Just have a play around and I’m sure you’ll get the hang of it
Doowie is spot on, you would have to edit the sequence and remove / turn off the Lunar beam block and rage of the sleeper. Often in high keys I am not running this until I’m starting to group a pack so I pull them into it, and sometimes the packs last long enough that you want it auto casting so you don’t miss potential procs for it.
The rest of the tank busters I find rotating SI, Trinket, and Frenzied Regenerations enough to keep me from falling over, so RotS automation is useful on CD to maximize uptime.
