The way I get around this is just stop attacking right before the last mob in a pack dies, or if possible, position myself where I’m not looking at the next pack of mobs so it can’t target/shoot at them.
when u type /gse, click options at the bottom and look for “require target”. This stops u auto pulling mobs. Macro will only fire if u have an enemy targeted.

I’m getting allot of downtime with this script, frequently seeing 2-3 second gaps of auto-shot. I’m sure I’ve copied both the talent string and macro correctly.
