Thanks for working on this. I have the click speed set at 250 ms per the guide. But, the upheaval and fire breath will go almost to full then interrupt and not complete. Other than that everything seems to be doing well.
What ilvl is your toon??
I am level 70 with stats below with item level 426
Crit 31%
Haste 26%
Mastery 4%
Versatility 8%
What is your MS or Ping for your connection?
The latency varies from 35 to 40 ms. I have been testing it for hours tonight. I notice the few couple of casts will get through most of the channel then interrupt and not complete. After the third or fourth attempt the fire breath and upheaval will sucessfully complete a channel. Something it completely channels and other times it channels a small amount and completes.
Try adjusting the repeat value for the action boxes for the Upheaval and Fire Breath to lower values (Drop by 1 at a time then test)

I use other macros but what happens to me in this one has not happened to me before. It turns out that the abilities are all correctly charged to the maximum but they are not cast! I have tried going to gse settings and changing from Key up to Key down and not forcing but the same thing keeps happening to me. The macro is perfect but the abilities are not launched, in particular agitation, fire breath and I couldn’t tell you if anything else. Thank you.
