NOTE I have created a plugin for all of my Shaman macros!! To find the plugins you can go to curseforge or your curse client and search for either “Elfyau” or “GSE” and they should show up in the results.

Tough as nails healing spec and a utility to match! I think everyone will love this one! 2 macros - one for DPS and the other for heals.
P.s. Don’t forget when in a party, raid or dungeon to set @focus to the tank!

Thinking about making my 1st healer in this game. Can you explain the @cursor and @mouseover? Do you use any addons for healing?

Only addon for healing that I use is one called “Decursive” but @cursor means where ever your mouse cursor is on screen is where it will land and @mouseover means if you have your cursor over their nameplate or party frame the spell will be cast on them

Yes, but it is better to mouseover the party frames or nameplates rather than them.

I removed primal strike and added /cast [nochanneling] Flame Shock and I notice a significant increase in DPS on Dummies

It keeps bringing up my followers sheet up.

Try deleting the macro and re-importing it, if it still does it check the macro for a missing bracket or spelling error

tbh? I don’t know. Try it, if there are any problems make a copy of the macro and remove any spells you don’t have yet :slight_smile:

For some reason when using the healing macro it keeps telling me even though I target a tank I have no target and it just scrolls through 2 different settings when i target someone else the dps one works great though.

@Effey when using the healing macro (apart from setting the focus to tank) you mouseover the party frames to heal someone.

I really want to like it. I mean the addon GSE for macros and this one in particular but after 3h of testing and tinkering with it (no exageration) i can not wrap my head around it. I tried it in a gropu and also solo with a dummy (to stay in combat) in both default (1) and raid/dung/etc (2) i have the same problem - i have blind casts, meaning that i am mashing my key to cycle through (?) icon when nothing is being casted (hand why its the ? icon an not an actual spell icon or tooltip) and I cant understand why and/or what is that.

There could be a couple of reasons 1st) you may not be mousing over the nameplates. 2nd) You have not got the macro on the main action bar (i.e the one with 1 through to = )

i actually did both…hover over nameplates both solo with a LFG open to i hover over all my portraits (setting focus on myself aswell) , and in a raid group. And the macro was set to number 1 on keyboard. But no matter where i would put it it would be the placeholder ? and many keypresses would do nothing. Idk if i mentioned but i also changed the talents to the good ones so that is also not it.
