This looks awesome, is it possible to stop using Bestial Wrath so I can trigger it manually for better 4pce optimisation?
you will need to either remove the line or disable the block that has that in it.

I downloaded from curseforge, now what do I do to get the talents and macro into wow?
Follow this video to get the sequence up and running:
For the talents you need to import the talent string (talent string can be found in the above post and on the configeration tab (scroll to the bottem)) using wows talent window
Tried to update but seems gse wouldn’t let it had tried uninstalling and reinstall wouldn’t update the sequiences 
so went to wago and did that way and now worked

CF is not a good place to get sequences from. I suggest Wago for them.

When an update has taken place, do I have to set the talent URL and key bindings again? Or does it automatically keep/overwrite them for me? I’m using the Curse Client.

Yes you can add it. Just make a new block with it in it. Look at the wording for the other mods.
Just passed Mythic 3000 rating with your sequence! Fantastic! The only thing I have changed is that I took out hunter’s mark but that is just personal preference.
