If what you want is to add a mod so it instant fires what you want, you’re gonna need to add the modifier on top of each of the blocks so it always happens.
Example /cast [mod:alt,@mouseover,nochanneling] Life Cocoon; [nochanneling] Touch of Death.
Adding it only to a single block, which is why I assume you say it doesn’t work perfectly, will only fire the mod when the loop is at the block that does fire it.

@Elfyau i know your busy updating all the macros. But i was wondering when you will get time to update this one after there rework? Ive been using this macro for ages and really enjoy brew monk now. I have tried to edit the sequence as breath of fire is not used now and put in Nuiazo the black ox but it does not matter where i put that in, the sequance never uses that abiltiy.
He puts up a Poll and updates the winner. so there no telling when this will be updated. all based on popularity of his group.
