There’s a problem with the EA_DEST_ST_v0.5 sequence. If there are no soul charges, Incinerate won’t cast. Instead, it seems the addon is trying to wait for soul charges to appear before casting Chaos Bolt.
Not having any issues with this. Have you deleted the sequence and reimported?
After reimporting, everything worked. But as far as we understand, the problem is that the spell transforms into another spell when procs occur (Secrets of the Coven - Spell - World of Warcraft). And for some reason, the sequence didn’t work during those moments.
