NOTE I have created a plugin for all of my Paladin sequences, they are available at both Curseforge and Wago. Just search for ‘Elfyau’ or ‘GSE’

I’m happy to share version 0.5 of my Protection Paladin macro, and this update focuses on reliability and control. I’ve focused on smoothing out Holy Power usage, tightening defensive cooldown timing, and making the overall rotation feel more stable when things get hectic. :flexed_biceps:

With the feedback you’ve all provided, I’ve been able to clean up some rough edges and improve how the macro responds during high-damage moments. Whether you’re holding the line in Mythic+ or anchoring a raid boss, this version should feel sturdier and more predictable. :shield::fire:

Hey @Elfyau, first let me say a big thank you for the effort you put into these, especially with this new expansion and all of the changes to GSE that have happened. I have some feedback about the new versions.

When I log in to a character I get a Lua error dialog that says:

Locals:

This one is obviously for the Paladin but I have seen the same for other classes as well. If I close the dialog and use the sequence it seems to work fine, but I thought you should be aware.

The Talent build string, as posted, says it’s out of date and won’t load.

I’m having to "manually load the sequences by copying them from here even though I have them in my CurseForge profile. They just don’t appear under options/plugins in GSE as they are supposed to. I have the latest public version installed. Also I should note that I am trying all of this in live not beta.

UPDATE: just tested in beta and I don’t get the Lua error but everything else is the same as in live.

Just tried the new versions uploaded today and all looks good. So far I have tried Paladin and Demon Hunter and they both work as expected with no errors.

I have been using this one since I rejoined New Expans on. It’s good, but are there any updates for Templar or Light Bringer? Fine tuning. I believe I have the talents. It works well enough so far. I’m just grinding Dungeons 70 and 80. I’m still in the top 3 DPS as a tank, so that’s good. Sometimes, I’m number 1 for Aoe fights. I don’t know Elfyau’s priority in classes. I hope Paladin is in his top 3 :stuck_out_tongue:

just a note the talent section says out of date had to come to the page here and get it.
also the light forged feels super smooth so far

Will there be a download on the wago site when you have time to figure out the new paladin changes it looks like every one is running around trying to figure it out and I’m just going ok this looks good but am I going to break something

Talents and talent strings have been fixed and can be found in the original post - the updated plugin will be available today.

Just updated with Curseforge and now I can only see 4 classes as registered plugins (DH, Hunter, DK and Evoker)

Then try disabling all the plugins except for one that is not showing

Sorry just got back to this. I just disabled all of the class plugins except the Paladin one. after doing this there are no plugins visible under GSE/Options/Plugins.

I ended up deleting GSE and all of your macros adding, restarted to confirm they were all gone and then tried reloading just GSE and the Paladin macro add-on. Same result, the Paladin macros didn’t appear in options/plugins. Did a manual import from this site and they work fine but still don’t appear in plugins. I reinstalled all of the macro adding for each class but still only see the four I originally stated at the start of this thread (DH, Hunter, DK and Evoker). I’m at a loss.

I am at a loss also - But I will check around and see if others have had the same issue, and if they wether they resolved it and if so how.
