:raised_hand: EMS asks before someone elseā€™s work leaves your client

Send a sequence, answer a request for one, or /gems export it to a string. If you didnā€™t write it, EMS names who did and waits for you to say go. Copied a copy of a copy? It still tracks back to whoever actually wrote it.

- Someone else's sequence went out with no questions asked
+ EMS names the author and waits for your OK

Your own work is untouched. Send it, export it, answer requests, no prompt, however many copies you make. Zero friction.

:no_entry_sign: The do-not-share mark actually sticks now

Mark a sequence do-not-share and it used to quietly fall off the moment you duplicated it, saved it, renamed it, or retyped the Raw tab. It survives all of that now, and every sharing route refuses the copy exactly like it refuses the original.

:writing_hand: Saving someoneā€™s sequence no longer signs your name on it

Open an older sequence another player wrote, hit Save, and EMS used to re-stamp it as yours. So did duplicating one. Both gone. What EMS asks about follows the content now, not the signature.

I donā€™t want to hand someoneā€™s work around with my name stuck on it.

Five months of this thread, and plenty of what got fixed in EMS started as a report in here. Thanks to everyone who tested it, filed a bug, or just told me something was broken.

EMS was on v1.1.6 the day I posted this. Itā€™s on v2.4.10 now, and the first post was still a one line question asking whether I could post sequences here at all. So Iā€™ve rewritten it: what the addon does, screenshots, the full slash command list, and how to share an EMS sequence on the forum.

Thereā€™s a poll at the bottom too. Six things that are actually open, Classic support among them. Pick up to three. It does change what I look at next.
