AS HOLY PALADIN LIGHTSMITH – MIDNIGHT SEASON 2
MYTHIC+ – MAIN / HEAVY V2 / DPS-MANA

Hi everyone,

Here is the latest version of my Lightsmith Holy Paladin Mythic+ setup.

I’ve been testing this through +10, +11 and +12 keys and have made a few changes based on logs and how the macros actually feel during higher keys.

The setup now uses THREE separate GSE sequences:

  1. MAIN – normal healing
  2. HEAVY V3 – emergency / high group damage Updated 7/10/26
  3. DPS/MANA – safe periods, damage and mana recovery

Holy Light is deliberately NOT automated in HEAVY V2 anymore.

HOW I USE THE MACROS

MAIN

This is the button I spend most of the dungeon pressing.

Use MAIN for normal healing and general group maintenance.

It handles the core healing rotation including Holy Shock, Word of Glory, Beacon of Virtue, Flash of Light, Judgment and Holy Armaments.

When damage is manageable, stay on MAIN.

HEAVY V2

When several health bars suddenly start dropping, switch to HEAVY V2.

I normally use HEAVY for a short burst to recover the group and then go back to MAIN once everyone is stable.

V2 is deliberately weighted towards:

Holy Shock
Word of Glory
Flash of Light
Beacon of Virtue

It is designed as an emergency accelerator rather than something I spam for the whole dungeon.

I have removed Holy Light from HEAVY V2.

This has made HEAVY feel considerably quicker during dangerous AoE because the sequence isn’t getting held up by repeated Holy Light casts.

HOLY LIGHT – MANUAL

Holy Light now has its own manual keybind.

This becomes even more useful with the Season 2 4-piece.

I don’t want GSE blindly casting Holy Light because it is expensive and the 4-set increases its mana cost.

Instead I use Holy Light manually when I deliberately want the cast / Infusion interaction and I have time to get the cast off.

Then I go back into MAIN or HEAVY.

So:

Normal damage = MAIN

Big group damage = HEAVY V2

Group recovered = MAIN

Safe / low healing period = DPS/MANA

Holy Light = MANUAL

I also keep major cooldowns such as Wings under manual control.

CURRENT TESTING

I’ve now been using the setup in +12 keys.

One recent Altar of Fangs +12 had:

Holy Shock – 36.4m healing
Word of Glory – 35.0m
Beacon of Light – 30.9m
Holy Bulwark – 26.0m
Flash of Light – 21.6m

Holy Shock was running at around 12.4 casts per minute and WoG around 7.5/min.

HEAVY V2 is feeling much better during sudden group damage than the older version.

I’m currently around 19% Haste and have now picked up the Season 2 4-piece, so I’m continuing to test it in +12s before changing the sequences again.

HOLY ARMAMENTS

There is currently an intermittent issue I’ve experienced with Holy Armaments and GSE where Sacred Weapon / Holy Bulwark can occasionally stop firing through the sequence after certain spec/talent/dungeon state changes.

When working correctly they are extremely important – Holy Bulwark was around 26m healing in my recent +12.

I’m continuing to test this rather than changing the healing rotation around the bug.

If you experience the same thing, please let me know your GSE version and what happened immediately before it stopped working.

The higher the key the more useful the feedback is.

I’m a Ret player originally and Holy is my off-spec, so the whole aim of this project has been to make Holy Paladin approachable and fun while still being capable of pushing decent Mythic+ keys.

I run the macro on turbo 20 on the razor mouse

Tried this earlier today, but it felt slow. Not sure if it was the pug group that was bad or what it was. Was a +12 and im 316ilvl. How much haste do you need, mabey im still a bit low on it.

Not using any autoclicker at all so no ms.

It will feel slow if you are manually clicking it. I use the razor mouse with turbo enabled and it certainly doesn’t feel slow

Yes it does. Even with autoclicker on it doesent have the same flow or speed as the original macro you are referring to.

Just tried it again in a few 12s there and it all seemed fine to me. I use main a lot and flick to heavy for a few secs then back to main. If the other macro is working for you I would stick with that but I didn’t see anything that needs changing at the moment. What haste are you at?

This is working really well. I ran a +4 as I’m new to this spec but going to run some higher keys later. It’s nice to switch to the DPS macro when mana starts to drop over time.

For gameplay, what has been really nice is when there is group wide damage I pop wings and use the HEAVY macro for the holy light procs. I can get everyone back to full health pretty quick. Then like you said go back to the MAIN.

I’ll keep testing it as I had a really good tank that run.

Thanks for the feedback glad you are enjoying it. I have been pushing some higher keys over the weekend and I am testing out a more aggressive version of the heavy macro with holy light on its own keybind and not in the rotation I will post up for you guys to test it out early this week

I use the Razor Naga mouse in turbo mode at 20 I belive this is 50ms on most other sofrwares
