How do I use these macros?

Plain and simple. How does one use these macros? I see that some say run @ ##ms but how?

Does one just manually spam the key? Or is there a program that runs the sequence?

Im intrigued to try these, but I’m a noob to macro world.

Drag Icon for macro to action bar
hit action bar button
