How to remove spell rank?

Hi there,

I was wondering if there is a way to remove the spell rank that automatically populates when I create a /cast spell. For some reason, it does not update to the strongest rank after you learn it? Like in the example below, I realized my macro still uses an older rank of spell and I manually had to update the rank. Is it possible to remove the rank and let GSE assume I want the strongest rank?

@jonas-samson Yes - just remove the rank and it will cast the highest however you need to do this everytime you train new ranks as it stores the SpellID of the previous rank.

Is there a way to have GSE pick the highest rank, without the user needing to manually edit the lines every time a new rank is learned? I’m not complaining - just want to make sure there is no other way.

Yes - don’t learn a new rank. Unfortunately Its the trade off between being able to down rank in classic and BC.

Haha, that’s okay. I will keep updating the ranks until I hit 70.
