after some time it won’t cast Beastial Wrath when i press or hold ALT.

I use the sequence too, have no hickups or such beahviour. Maybe reimport?

It may be possible you’ve got ALT associated with another action in the game. Try this:

1. In game hit escape to bring up the game menu.
2. Click on Options
3. in the search bar search for ALT
4. remove any hot keys with ALT
5. Do the same for CTRL and Shift
