idk what to say. every time i tried it fires on proc otherwise uses heart strike. is this not what its supposed to do? im still learning this spec sorry
When it procs it should cast Vampiric Strike and no Hearth Strike. But the bug is this: Vampiric Strike procs, nothing is casted or Hearth Strike is casted (with Vampiric Strike procced), them Hearth Strike stop been casted and Vampiric Strike “stuck” on proc as the Passive Skill and nothing else is casted.
thats weird. i just did an lfr and tanked and it fired when it proc and heart strike when there wasnt
It’s random, sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn’t.
You misspelled Heart Strike in your sequence. Other than that, you don’t need your condition on your cast as GSE will automatically use Vamp Strike if it is up instead of using Heart Strike. So all you need is /cast Heart Strike
Side Note:
If you want to test this, go to the dummy and attack it until your Vamp strike is proc’ed then instead of using a button, type /cast Heart Strike and you will see Vamp Strike used

I have been testing and troublshooting this all night and have FINALLY gotten it to work FLAWLESSLY. IF you want to add Vampiric Strike to your sequence add the following
/cast [known:Heart Strike,nochanneling] Heart Strike
There is something REALLY buggy with using Vamp strike as the known condition so if you use the base spell instead, it will fire off as it should when Vamp Strike procs

The problem with the macro you posted is that it will FREQUENTLY get stuck. With the one I posted above this comment, it will NEVER get stuck again.

i forgot to post the heart strike part, mine never stalls now.

Can confirm Godlyke’s solution fixed the issue. Works like a charm. Vamp strikes all over the place.
