Hello Sargis, Good Macro, but i think u can better more on DPS, I saw on the internet that some DK use a WA without macro and deploy 12-14K Dps

it follows a logical rotation through the WA and uses the meta gem speed tweak

https://wago.io/O0_GmmhMG

do you think you can modulate this rotation under GSE?

Also there is an iconic rotation. Its just needed somehow adopt it in macros, with special opener

new sequence number 3 in sequences has death coil added for you

Usage Information

This is my first try at MORB DW Unholy non scourge Strike. I follow the wowhead talents and glyphs. Gearing towards the pre raid BIS. Death coil is not in the macro as i find its better to manually do this when needed so you dont lose an opportunity to use gargoyle. I use a Razer naga mouse set at .5s delay. If using corsair id say try 250-375 MS

Notes:
The death coil request has been added to sequence 3

This macro contains 3 macro templates. This Sequence was exported from GSE 3.1.15.

  • The Default macro template is 2

Hey Sargis great work. I am wondering if you are still working on a Scourge Strike macro. It would be highly needed to do PVP. And since most DKs PVP in Unholy spec a PVP macro would help a LOTā€¦

Iā€™ll work on it! That was the other one requested as well! Iā€™ll try and have a sequence worth posting this week and tweeks as i go with it

The current scourge strike I have in progress currently is having some issues with pestilence spread so i may make it a shift key overlay in the same block as a blood strike to keep runes consistent. As far as single target goes its getting there but not quite the way i want it. Iā€™d say either tomorrow night or possibly wednesday Iā€™ll have a variant ready for you guys to test.

I will make a seperate Scourge strike post so we dont get to many crossover in builds in this thread

I can definitely try, that weak aura is amazing by the way!! The hardest part will be for abilities that miss or resist and need to be recasted mainly diseases. Iā€™ll work on both this and s outage strike this week.

It wonā€™t be perfect as this weak aura definitely shines to be. But Iā€™ll make my best effort into seeing what changes I can make. I have a few ideas with null chaining blocks to make this a possibility. I do foresee this being a long sequence of blocks to cover all scenarios including the opener. But this will be a fun task!

Iconic rotation? I presume this links opener? Iā€™ll be working on an entirely new variant attempting to have opener and presence swapping null chains to see how possible this may be. Itā€™ll be a fairly larger effort I think but fun!

Testing will be required and Iā€™ll post variants as I go after finishing a ready test of scourge strike for us

Thanks for the doing the scourge strike macro and looking forward to it. As far as the morb opener goes, have you though of making a seperate macro for just the opener then switching to main morb macro after? just throwing it out there. ty

Itā€™s come across before. Iā€™ve never ran two macros at once granted I just donā€™t bind them that way but definitely could.

It would probably look like something along the lines of
Castsequence DND,IT,PS,BS,GF,IT
Trinkets haste pot gargoyle mod shift
Blood presence, ERW

Then main sequence just off the top of my head.

AS REQUESTED!!! NOVEMBER 2 ,2022 SCOURGE STRIKE ITERATION IS SEQUENCE NUMBER 4
configuration one is purely a test

configuration 2 is morb unholy

configuration 3 is morb unholy plus death coil

configuration 4 is the 11/2/2022 first soft release of current dw scourge strike in progress

Notes:
Pestilence on shift key, you can add blood tap to the line as a /cast blood tap to help ensure this fires at the moment of use. Currently this macro fires at the best priority of abilities i can figure at this time so if a blood rune is not available dont hold shift otherwise you will delay the use of other runes and lose your rune grace window period

This macro contains 4 macro templates. This Sequence was exported from GSE 3.1.15.

  • The Default macro template is 4

ok guys the above post has the Scourge Strike iteration added. It is sequence number 4, have at it and test it out.

Keep in mind this is my tester iā€™ve been working on and is not finalized!! any tweaks and or suggestions are much appreciated.

Things to note:

  1. Ghoul frenzy should only be used with Blood tap, i have not sequenced GF yet to where it does not break the sequence. I have found that when adding it to sequence it caused diseases to fall off for 7 seconds which is horrible

  2. i included death coil, not my preference as i like to manually use it due to openers and saving RP for Gargoyle. Death coil line can be removed without issue if you like

:::::::::::: Speaking of openers:::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
If on a boss start in unholy, run macro, once at 60 rp trinket haste pot and any other cds, stop macro, pop gargoyle, use empower rune weapon into blood stance then start macro. Still working some gimics but this is working for the most part. Work in progress
:::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::

  1. If you adjust the variables at the bottom of the macro or the keypress key release lines in the sequence be warned if you make a mistake it will spam chat with key press and key release

Great stuff sargis, I am running a 10 man tonight. I will run Morb and Scourge macros on some bosses and give you some feedback from very lightly experienced user haha
Also you are running all these at 250ms correct?

corsair 250ms would probably be good you can even try 175, id say test 175, 275, 375 then maybe test 220 and 250 to see which runs better for you on corsair and logitech

i use razer naga as of two months ago and i run between .1s and .3s razer actually has a delayed start of use and is true to timing from what ive noticed

that would be grand! I look forward to see how you like them and any issues you may find!

Itā€™s nice , all the work you do, I canā€™t wait to see the result.
