OAK Unholy Death Knight – San’layn (v1.0.3)

Hi, First off thanks for making all these great macros! I’m having some trouble with this one and was hoping someone may be able to point out my error. It’s currently season 2 of TWW and I’m using the most recent version of the script and the M+ talent set that is within the script. Everything is firing, but dps seems off and I’m getting spammed with 3 error messages with on the AOE training dummies: Item is not ready yet (I’m guessing this is the trinket), Target too close (not sure on that one), and There are no valid targets within range. Here is picture showing the errors followed by the gear I’m using.

There are a couple of minor adjustments you can make to resolve the issues you’re experiencing.

First, in the opening block of both the Single Target and AoE sequences, remove the /cast Leap line. This will eliminate errors such as “Target too close” or “No valid targets within range.”

Additionally, the “Item is not ready yet” message is being triggered by the trinket usage. To address this, you can safely delete the two lines containing /use [combat, nomod:shift/alt] 13 and /use [combat, nomod:shift/alt] 14 on both sequences.

For optimal DPS, please ensure you review the description above for guidance on how to properly utilize the sequences. Additionally, maintaining uptime on Virulent Plague is crucial—allowing it to fall off will result in a significant loss of damage.

Cheers,

This thing does good work. I am 633, I only have 2pc, my gear is nowhere near optimal, and I know I have some work to do on keeping up outbreak. However I was keeping up with 660 players. My one and only purple parse is they pulled stix before I could switch back to raid talents. Great Job OAK!

My single target is horrible, what am i doing wrong?

AOE is great for me but Im also struggling with ST. 657, semi optimized stats and run about 100ms.

You need alot of mastery for unholy. So until that happens your st dmg might be alittle lower but as you scale it will rip

have you M+ logs and can you send it?

As it’s LFR, the parses are meh. I would prefer to see “normal” or “heroic” parses and the same kind of information about M+ to see how the macros are holding out

what software you are using ?logitech or razer ?

It’s not bad but it needs a lot of tunning (but I don’t know how to do that :< ). It casts Vampiric Strike way too little and since Vamp strike might proc Blood is Life our overall damage drops significantly.
Right now my solution is to cast manually as many Vamp Strikes (while available) as I can until I proc Blood is Life meanwhile pressing rotation while not casting vamp strike.
For sure it’s not the best solution, but it boosted my DPS by like 15-20% (at ~M+13 from 60-70% to 80-90%)

you could add a mod key for vamp strike so when it procs you can use it insta

I’ve found that the sequence doesn’t activate the on use effect of [Best-in-Slots] - is there anyway to add this?
(Ideally for Blood spec as well since I run that too)
Thanks mate, loving everything you do! (Running DK and HUNTER with your sequences)

Do i just add
/cast [combat, nomod:shift, nochanneling] Vampiric Strike
to every block?

Mine is not casting FESTERING STRIKE not even once ive copied what you got… it just seems to just stop combat. please help

Once I tuned my click rate to 85ms, this macro became the GOAT
