From what I’ve been able to identify since midnight, the heroic talent proc by
Judgment → proc Vanguard
Vanguard → Shield of the Avenger unleashes a flash of Light (line damage)
Consume Vanguard → 3 charges of Holy Power
Then Shield of the Righteous inflicts +50% damage and reflects on 4 targets
So the optimal rotation seems to be
Judgment → Shield of the Avenger → Shield of the Righteous → repeat with Consecration and Holy Hammer as fillers in between.
What do you think?
I tried to adapt this in v4.1, but I think you’re in the best position to judge.
In the templars there is a bug when u check for Hammer of Light. The check is correct but its Divine Toll that you need to cast, not Hammer of Light. So just change it to Divine Toll and it will trigger. Altough i think you also need some more prio or other action for it seems it takes some time to cast it
The 5.0 beta version is definitely pulling more DPS, but it takes a few seconds before it starts to fire for me. If I manually cast a Divine Toll, that seems to get it rolling a little faster.
I think @Nicholas_La_Russa is talking about V3 (Version 3: Lightsmith (manual) // Shift: Consecration, ALT: WoG, CTRL: Divine Toll)
But i could be wrong
Bro I finally registered so I can comment. Ive used GSE for years but you are one of the most consistant high performing sequence creators ive used. THANK YOU! Indeed 5.1 slaps HARD!
Orb, whats your take on Lightsmith vs Templar? Ive tried 5.1 with both and they both feel great. I have not hit the training dummies up yet to dps test them but i couldnt “feel” it right away which one out performed the other. I had started using Lightsmith initially then saw you had a templar build so I thought I’d ask your opinion on it. This alt is only 83 atm, so not a full build yet for either.
You can just keybind it to a key, like ; or ] and then have your mouse macro fire that ; or ] at 100 or 200ms. You don’t have to put anything on your bar.
