1.4 is a masterpiece lol
I reverted back to 1.4 in 1.7. After a lot of play testing on heroics with both, you’re correct that 1.4 was a sweet spot. After running 10+ heroics today, I think it’ll do extremely well in Mythics much like it performed last xpac.
I wanted to let you know I corrected the issue. I had to fully uninstall GSE and reinstall it. I am thinking when it auto updated via curse something must have been corrupted. This was the only solve I could find. I am back to it rocking and rolling.
version 1.4 is the one I don’t have to manually cast revenge on proc right ? , because the old version with almost everything auto is better I think
Yes, use 1.7. It’s got the core 1.4 set.
Confused because there’s two versions.
Orbalisk Script is v 1.7
in-game version choice is 1-4?
So if i use Mountain Thane Hero Talent
It’s either
VERSION 1: Mountain Thane (Automated tanking // must manually cast revenge on proc]
VERSION 2: Mountain Thane - Manual [Removed Shield Charge, Thunderous Roar]
Is there version with automated tanking + auto cast revenge?
VERSION 1: Main Tanking most content
VERSION 2: Removed Shield Charge, Thunderous Roar, and Revenge from rotation (must manually cast)
VERSION 3: Demolish Auto
VERSION 4: Demolish Manual cast (hold ALT)
1.7 Version 1 is what you’re looking for.
Hello Orbalisk,
You made me in love with the prot paladin macro and detected your warrior one and I love it EVEN more
But just a question… both icy-veins and wowhead present M+ builds with Champions spear instead of Thunderous roar for example.
Is it hard to swap out TR and rebuild the macro myself with CP to change for the “meta” builds?
I always without fail use whoever is the top person on Murlok.io.
I don’t like Icy-veins or Wowhead builds, and much prefer the visibly practical application builds that have pushed the highest.
The person who had the highest Mythic+ setup last season is using this currently:
Soo… The first and second block in version 1 looks like this:
|cffddaaff/cast|r |cff88bbdd|cff55cc55[mod:shift]|r |cff88bbddPummel|r|r
|cffddaaff/cast|r |cff88bbdd|cff55cc55[mod:alt,@player]|r |cff88bbddRavager|r|r
|cffddaaff/cast|r |cff88bbdd|cff55cc55[mod:ctrl]|r |cff88bbddShockwave|r|r
|cffddaaff/targetenemy|r [noharm][dead]
/startattack
|cffddaaff/castsequence|r |cff55ddcc|cff55cc55[combat]|r|r |cff88bbdd|cff88bbddThunder Clap|r|r, |cff88bbdd|cff88bbddDemoralizing Shout|r|r
Is that normal?
No, something very wrong happened with the import, I’m not sure what that is caused by
did your cat walk over your keyboard ?
I tried importing it again, replacing it, but that did not work.
Had to delete it entirely, then reimport, for some reason now it works ;D.
Cant wait to see it in action! Thanks for your work!
Thank you boss, i tried it. works great!
Right now can’t decide what to play, Prot Pali Orbalisk or Prot Warrior Orbalisk. haha
I’ve had it happen whenever i overwrite a macro it goes away after a reload.
Im going with Pro Paladin Earthen on tuesday.
Good night. The macro is simply wonderful! I have one question for you. I use a Macro for my mouse to constantly repeat pressing one key. That is, I press a key once and my automatically assigned key is pressed until I press it again. So that’s the question. It happens that in battle you don’t understand whether you have this key pressed or not? And you press it again and it turns out that it was already active and you just turned off the macro. And you start to get stupid because the skills don’t work. Is it possible to somehow track that the macro is now active and is being played?
You most likely need to set your macros on your mouse to play while pressed and not toggled.
No, I don’t know of any way outside of making the macro a macro again like older GSE, but I prefer to not take up peoples macro slots and bar space. The skills fire off evenly and don’t really need constant monitoring. You may want to use a weak aura for cooldown tracking.
Well, there’s this aura from another person who writes macros. And it, like the old GSE, shows what you are pressing now.
