I’m not sure. The macro works as exported.
Yeah I am still trying to figure it out as well. By all means, I don’t think it’s your macro. Just can’t seem to find the reason for it. I will update you if I find anything that could be the cause of this problem
I have found the problem. This is going to sound FUNNY but I noticed the issue.
For everone experiencing the same problem:
You can’t keep it held DOWN. (Meaning, don’t hold ALT/CTRL or even CTRL+ALT down).
You need to actually keep pressing it (mash it).
This is what “solved” it for me. Macro works fine btw. 10/10 from me brother. Good work.
I was annoyed by this issue for a while and I have found a solution. Modifier + keybind combo is recognized as whole different keybind either by game itself or GSE, so in order to be able to hold mod + key you either have to make another keybind for that combo in your Input device software or use AHK script that changes dynamically (when pressing Q, fire Q, when pressing mod + Q, fire ‘mod + Q’ type of thing). By default pressing mod while holding keybind doesn’t make (game or GSE) recognize you’re pressing a mod. You have to press them both simultaneously in order for input to be correctly recognized. Maybe I’m wrong on the “why” but the “how” works.
For those having issues with mods, its really going to depends on how you play. For me, i use a mouse macro to continually press a button, so i can just hold a mod while i hold that mouse button and it works amazing
@Orbalisk i noticed the ST macro doesnt have a note that version 2 is pvp, so want to check.
@Orbalisk I have to say Amzing job on this macro this works extreamly well with playing using a controller Thank tyou for Making this Macro. I do have one question do you have a raid version? or a Boomkin Druid Macro?
How this one works in arenas?
Should work fine. Just use your cooldowns right.
I just wanted to say I’ve been a fan of your macros for a long time, but damn, the concept of WA to help you remember to press your mods… I would have never thought about that, it’s great!
I’ve been creating my own macros for a while and it’s an idea I just might have to borrow!
Keep up the good work, really appreciate it!
Really great macro, is there a way to change the mod from alt to shift?
You should be able to find the block with the mod and just change it from Alt to Shift, it’s what I’ve done A few times.
I leave all my macros unlocked so that you can edit it to your specific needs. Where you see /cast [mod:shift] XXXX, etc, change it to [mod:lalt] to change that particular modifier.
i got it to fire from shift but now it wont repeat idk what i did
Hey, great Macro! However i am not able to get ST to work proberly i guess. Sometimes is just doing nothing. Do i have to be Level 80 to get everything working? AOE is working flawless
this is my configuration…shift -t i macroed to a scimitar pro with rapid fire
update
for anyone wondering the solution was to change my wow client to english…
Has anyone had the issue of when you press the Alt Modifier to cast Primal Wrath you switch out of forma and cast actual Wrath? I check I do have the ability.
Hmm, that hasn’t happened with me at all. Did you import my exact build?
I am having an issue as well, for some reason, the macro starts off just fine, but after using a modifier, just stalls and doesnt fire any other spells. I’ve reimported it several times to make sure its exactly right but once you use a modifier, it just dies
I have zero issues with this macro
Yes macro is amazing, lvled from 70-80 in few hours! DMG is amazing!
