Same thing happening to me. My rampage refuses to fire on the ST rotation. I use the Mountain Semi-auto and after messing around it looks like the repeat on block 3 is the problem on my end. When I uncheck it it fires off now, but sometime I sit at max fury a little longer than I would like. The 3.4 AOE works solid, just not the ST for me
I’m going to test the sequence and I have a very very very very very strong feeling that everything is fine and the people who are recently making these posts have done something to make the rotation of the blocks not fire off correctly.
All I’ve done was import the string. I’ve not went in to edit anything. Id love to know if someone is causing the ST to not fire right though. Maybe its How fast I’m hitting the button? idk at this point.
Okay, so here are the results. This includes both the AoE sequence and the ST sequence, both from 3.4. Both are semi-automatic. Normally, I run manual for AoE because I prefer to control when I use major cooldowns.
As you can see, everything is working fine. This leads me to believe that the issue is not with the sequence itself. It is more likely that some users have settings in GSE that are either not enabled correctly or have been changed in a way that affects how the sequence runs.
Based on my testing, I made no changes to the sequences at all. They are a direct copy of what Orbalisk provided, and they function as expected. Because of that, it strongly suggests that the problem is not the sequence, but rather something on the user side.
If you are having issues, I would recommend checking your GSE settings. Make sure features like multi-click are enabled. It may also be worth reinstalling GSE to ensure everything is set up correctly. From what I can see, the sequences themselves are working perfectly fine.
When I got home, reinstalled the addon just in case. uploaded the strings again. The same thing is happening AOE working great ST not firing rampage. If it was a setting I’m not sure why one would work and not the other. I hit the target dummy a bit to show.
and I guess I can’t post my MT screen b/c my accounts to new. but rampage is top of the list with 28% of overall damage.
Also Thanks for trying to help so far. I really do like this macro. I just can’t figure out this string for some reason. I play a few other char and my GSE strings work on them.
I have the same problem as Aura. So i looked at Ziost_Fury_ST_3.4 Mountain Semi-Auto, and action 6 and 7 are the same (they both contain bloodthirst). Changing one to rampage fix the problem for me.
I also looked at the Ziost_Fury_AoE_3.4 Mountain Semi-Auto that does cast rampage for me, but also didnt find a action that contains “/cast rampage”. So it’s weird that the AoE, does cast rampage (without having an dedicated action) and ST does not.
I have the string bound to my mouse button. I have tried with checking and unchecking the Use multiclick buttons just in case. Does not seem to change anything for me.
Dont be afraid to push a bit back on this board. I saw u locked something already, gj
and are stricter in people posting edits.
Take your time, its not a job, make sure you are enjoying the game.
If u are making 95% sim sequences, which are rare here, someone who does not
get that has a " Me " problem, and the answer is prolly already in these threads.
I spent a lot of time the first couple weeks the expansion was out helping people because I want everyone to enjoy it but I’m definitely pulling back now that the sequences are running well. If people have issues that are not sequence related, they need to definitely research it on their own because I’m going to opt out of a lot of hand holding going forward.
Thank you for everything you do. I dont think people understand how much effort goes into the macros you maintain. As for everyone who is having issues it might not be a issue with the script it could be a number of things. Elvui has caused issues in the past.. Im sure there are addons that will conflict ect. Try turning off everything but gse and give it a try. Delete your wtf folder ect.
Hi, I’m curious how you’re able to achieve results higher than your simulation.
Is it because of using potions and food buffs, or could it be a system error?
Could you DM me so we can chat about it?
