Orbalisk's - Troll Slayer for Mythic+/Raid and PvP v. 3.5 (Updated 05/25/26)

ms is not to be discussed on this platform, just spreading the message. Blizz doesnt like it.

For all the People that are confused the see slam in Fury rotation, Slam is Rampage for Fury. In GSE there is option for “Show current spells” if you have it tick off, you might see Slam instead of Rampage in macro but for the game itelf it does not matter.

Now everything is fine. Academy +13 I use the 3.3 version in AOE, it’s amazing. And in ST, I use the 3.4 version. Thanks, Orb. Now my soul is content when I can humiliate everyone and everything in M+. If only I had a similar plan for Arms Warrior, I could fully enjoy the gameplay.

Just a heads up, 3.4 AoE is 3.3 without any changes.

How can I make a specific key for CD’s and let everything else on another key? I know about the modifiers but I would like to have all CD’s (as a macro) on the key next to what I’m using for the GSE keybind. Thanks

Hi, I can share the macro I made for this (/m).

#showtooltip Avatar
/cast [harm, nodead] Avatar
/cast [harm, nodead] Recklessness
/cast [harm, nodead] Odyn’s Fury

*note I have it always showing Avatar tool tip, just a personal preference. The [harm, nodead] causes them to only be cast when I’m targeting an alive enemy to prevent me from accidentally using them otherwise, these can be removed if wanted as well. Lastly, since Avatar and Recklessness are off the GCD, one push will cast all 3 spells, or whatever ones are off CD (I keep track of the individual cooldowns separately on my hotbar)

Thank you very much sir!

Short feedback: it doesn’t fires Odyn’s Fury.
Also: do you wait for Odyn’s Fury to fire it with the other 2 or you cast it whenever it is avaialble?

Thanks!

of on cd. av and reck together

I would guess yours isn’t going off because it is during the GCD. The first 2 will go off no matter what because they don’t use GCD, but hit it too fast after using another one and OF will be waiting on GCD. I personally just spam the button 2-3 times without hitting my GSE button and it goes off.

Also like the other poster said, I press when either Buffs or OF are ready.

i find 3.2 to be more consistent with dps for me than 3.4, does anyone else feel the same? :o

Sup guys. Had to make an account to give my two cents here.

After seeing all of these reports of the sequence performing at or near sim, I can’t for the life of me get it to that level, in no version I have tried. (3.2, 3.3 and 3.4 all in manual, reck/avatar on CD as well as odyn’s fury manually).

I sim at around 47k single target, yet end a 5 minute training dummy session at around 41-43k dps.

No buffs (so no battle shout) on the raider’s dummy to not pad the DPS with executes.

The arms version is pretty much exactly on sim, however, even if arms itself is generally lower DPS with my gear.

I’m not sure what the issue is on your end, but even sell you’re still getting 90 to 92% of your SIM value which. The Hallmark of a good sequence is like 85% so you’re well above that margin right now.

As I’m sure you’ve probably noticed, I iterate constantly on the few sequences that I do maintain for everyone, so as I make improvements I’ll post them if I can but each improvement is usually like a one or two percent increase, nothing crazy.

True, 90% is still respectable as far as GSE sequences go, I guess I was just starry eyed by the ‘on sim’ screenshots in the thread

If I may go off-topic for a bit: You have sequence for DK/Pally/Warrior (and Monk?), what’s your ‘Main’ in Midnight?

For damage my main will always be ret paladin and for tanking it will always be prot warrior.

I’ve played both of them since 2005 and I don’t even have to think about the game play.

I enjoy monk a lot both for tanking and DPS and I’m not really liking death Knight at all at this point. Unholy feels clunky and I don’t feel like I’m actually doing any melee contact which is weird so I just can’t get into it.

everyone is playing pally this expansion xD

I play it when it’s good and when it’s awful. It’s my ride or die class.

i should have made a pally :stuck_out_tongue:

As for Single Target: Can’t really agree. I’ve done way too much testing with both as well as other sequences, and 3.4 from a subjective standpoint has better enrage uptime and comes out on top more often than not.

Problem with all of this is that, for me, the dummy runs can swing wildly, depending on procs and all kinds of other factors, even in a 5 minute run. Guess that’s just how fury is sometimes when played like this.

Good day everyone. Didn’t want to bother anyone, but I guess I can’t figure this out without some help. I’ve been trying on my own for over a week, tested every variation, and honestly, I had zero issues with up to 10 keys until I got into raids. At my gear level, I’m putting out way less DPS than the same classes… I’ve tried everything, even though I don’t really get how sequences work (unchecked boxes, changed press frequency, both bind types, etc.), but I just can’t sort it out. I don’t understand how to tell what’s getting skipped and what isn’t, or why… Even mashed the button at different intervals until I realized I could do the same with my mouse for more precise control, but that didn’t help either. From what I can tell, Frenzy and Bloody Massacre are doing less damage for me with roughly the same number of presses—obviously I’m missing some procs and stuff. I think the issue is probably how I’m pressing the button or how the mouse is handling it for me, but I have no clue how to fix it. So far, I only figured out in which cases I get more or less DPS, but it’s still super far from perfect. I’m not asking you to tweak anything specifically for me, but maybe someone has some useful info that could help me figure it out?Maybe specific settings for GSE or the mouse (though like I said, I tried changing GSE settings and nothing worked)? I get that not everything can be discussed here, so feel free to PM me
