Thanks to helpful comments like blackadder did. I was able to reword the macro and make it SPAMMABLE! but due to characters limit had to sacrifice the lower trinket (most of the trinkets now are passive anyway). (Link Here)
The lazy macro still follows the same rotation and with a modifier as a finishing move and spammable goodness.
