Hello there. New user of gse. What you’ve made works great personally, though I noticed that in the rotation of the ST macro, starsurge is not used and it doesn’t pop my cds. Is that how it’s supposed to be?
Starsurge is within the imported gse macro. If it isn’t firing, make sure that you
If that option is check marked, then gse won’t fire off using the WoW /click macro command. It has to bee turned off for this method of using gse to work.

I’ve been using GSE for several years but I’m a bit lacking with the newest version. I usually bind my macros for all toons to keys 3 for AoE macros and 4 for ST macros. Since I have done this on other toons it makes those keys unavailable to use your macros on those keys unless there’s a way that I am unaware of. I tried fooling around with overrides but to no avail - does anyone have an idea that would work?
you might try going to WoW/options/keybindings, then form there, turn on character specific keybindings for you druid to allow you to return the binding of your action bar back to normal allowing you to drag/use 3 and 4 on that character. Another option would be to try a keybind management addon like KeybindDisplay, keybindprofiles, or even bartender.

Thanks very much - the character specific keybindings did the trick!! Love the macro too, btw. The druid is my gatherer and really nothing more but this macro takes care of any mobs or rares i come across with ease!!!

Hey mate, a couple of questions.
have you tried a build with keeper of the grove? if you haven’t, how could I work it in, if it’s possible? I’m a baby when it comes to gse so I have no clue on how to do these things.
within the rotation of the gse/macro, is celestial alignment supposed to be cast? or have you left it out of the rotation?

I recommend checking out this video. through that, you should be able to see what spells I have in the gse macro, along with adding or removing anything you may desire. basic sequence tutorial
Did the update mess with this…was working fine and amazingly…now suddenly constant Lua issue and nothing but one thing fires? Any ideas?
The only thing I can think of if it was working then started erroring out randomly is to /reload while in the game to see if that fixes the issue. Otherwise double check that you know all the spells that are in the gse macro (see main post).
Lua errors are happening when you smash the button. If you press the keybind once, then wait for the action to occur and complete, then hit it again, it seems to work ok. The second you hit the keybind just a little too early, the lua error hits. Not sure what to do to fix this, but i’ve been testing it, and thats what i’ve found. no amount of restarting the game or reloading the ui fixes this. Any ideas?
I just updated this gse macro set. I get the feeling some of the issues with this are related to how gse handles the item blocks, specifically trinkets. Anyway, I moved those item blocks (named 13 and 14 which are the trinket slots) to the bottom of the list of spells to hopefully get this to work better. (it did for me)
I also made some changes to some of the WoW macros which I think flows a little better.
How do we implement the adjustments? I tried reimporting the code at the top of the post into the macro area, as well as into gse, and I’m still experiencing the same issues.
Let me clarify… The ST is working for me now. The AOE and HP actions are still getting the LUA error.
It looks like it might be user error. I think i figured it out…

hey i got an issue (with the alternate st macro) i did how you said and at first it worked fine it used starsurge, convoke everything but now its only spaming wrath all of a sudden

Did you import the most recent gse macro update from 2 days age? On that one, I moved the item blocks to the bottom because I think a recent change to how trinkets gets used in an item block can sometimes cause issues for anything that comes after. You could also try disabling the item blocks (named 13 and 14) and click save to see if that helps any.
