confused here as to what need to be off

go to GSE options - TroubleShooting - turn off ActionButtonUseKeyDown , otherwise gse macro won’t fire off using this macro se

there is a box-- do i place the check mark, or remove the check mark?

The WoW command: /click MACRO_NAME needs to be the same name as the name of the gse macro you’re wanting to /click.

Try this: Death sweep is the evolved form of Blade Dance during metamorphosis, so it should only be able to be cast when that skill evolves, otherwise it will get ignored and move on to the next spell, potentially displaying an error text (for some people). I personally don’t get that error text, but that might be because I have display error speech disabled, but I’m not sure.

One more question

When should should reapers.glaive be firing?

I’ll see it lit up, but it rarely fires.

I’m using the 2nd version that someone posted a few strings above.

If I want to add modifiers like alt and Ctrl to fire off certain skills,

So I put them in the scg macro, or the gse one.

Lastly, I’m still confused about the checking and unchecking of the action bar in gse.

The reason being is that I don’t see any difference with it checked or unchecked.

I was using ftdb earlier, which is a regular gse macro, and I forget to check the gas box on trouble shooting.

I was doing the current heroic raid, and was doing my normal 5millionish damage.
