I swear I tried this ages ago. But I was a lot newer to GSE. And SCG does it differently to most others. So i think I just never used it cos I wouldnt have understood the whole Troubleshooting and unticking ActgionButtonUseKeyDown.. Cos this is working pretty good. On ST its by far the best sequence. AOE seems a bit low. but im only just starting to test.

question is there a way to put the modifiers on the say Right CTRL and Right SHIFT? or another key? Does it only work with Shift ALT and Ctrl?
Alt, Shift and Ctrl are the only modifiers you can use in the game, at least when it comes to how WoW macros work. It doesn’t matter whether you use the left or right shift/ctrl buttons though, either should work. It is possible to use a different key if you have a programmable keybored, or use the auto hot key program to reassign keystrokes however you see fit. If you go that rout, just be careful not to use the toggle option as that will likely be seen as botting in the game.
would you be able to update the talents as they are now out of date
