Leave that blank. I think its more to do with creation and has no use at consumer level.

It depends on the content you run. For M+ its recommended to use an Aqiri family pet, these can be readily found in the Temple of Uldum (south-southeast Kalimdor).

I built and rested on the taget dummies then did mythic plus with it and one run thru normal raid with it. As i said it was made for a buddy not for me.

I always use a hero pet out of habbit so i have no idea

Yes set it 100ms thats how farst it will let the macro cycle its important. Think of it as how fast it will click past a spell thats not ready or you dont have focus for.
