yea i think its just because idk how to play frost dk. i run out of resources and the macro stops. the only other macro ive ever used on frost dk was OAK last season so i didnt have to do anything aside from press one button xD
the changes to Frost DK are big 
Use Howling Blast on Proc
and Empower Rune Weapon if u are out of ressource or 6 sec before getting 2stacks, that should be a guidline for a constant fight.

Just to clarify:
Do you use Rider version for both raid and M+ builds? Or is DB still for the M+ build even though it’s rider hero talents now? 
I use Rider for Both at the time.
DB is damage wise a bit better, but the movement from the riders build ist awesome.
U can still use a DB build with tthe version 2 in the macros.
Dual wield or 2H? I saw that supposedly the perform about the same.
Im using 2H, macro works with Dual wield too
