Try lowering it at around 100MS and test it. it works fine for me at that MS
I am having issues with it not casting chain lightning with the alt key held down. My char does this weird rapid fire animation like its trying to cast it 20x in a row. It was working fine but started doing this tonight while I was adding new hero talents (I am still leveling currently lvl 77). I am using your new combined Sequence for ST/MT.
Thank you so much for this macro i do have a quick question, why cant i use this GSE profile as part of a click macro? Do you have any fully complied versions of this that trys to guess the CL procs and that will cast asendance and tempest when available?
Thats probably because your MS is too low. try 20 points up and check it out

Cant add tempest proc into macro because of limitations in macro itself. and for the ascendance, that gives a bif chuck of your damage. If its used on trash mobs that are about to die you would waste a lot of DPS
I tried to up from 100 to 120ms. It is still doing the same thing. Itâs like it has something to do with trying to self cast. I notice sometimes after that bug I try to hit my keybind for healing surge (number 1 key) and it wants me to select a target even tho self casting is set to auto.
Well logically your macro is running at 100MS which means 10 clicks a second. You would have to press 1 faster than that for Healing Surge or make sure your hitting the keybind of the macro before hitting 1.
About the skill not firing when you hit the modifiers I am not sure because the macro itself is working properly.
