Overall great macro! I have run into an issue though.

I’ve tried two different AOE talents and in both cases it gets hung up with “item isn’t ready yet”

I tried both Icy Veins and WoWhead talents. The Icy Veins one gets caught almost immeidately and won’t progress.

The WoWhead one will go for more maybe like 30-40 seconds and then get caught. No idea what the issue is and didn’t see anyone else having it.

Any ideas?

“item isn’t ready yet” means it’s trying to use a trinket that is on cooldown. I haven’t had it it hang up on that, it just keeps trying to use it while firing off the rest of the sequence. You can scroll to the bottom of the sequence and disable the trinket block. That *should * solve that issue

im having same issues with AOE. just gets hung up. sometimes wont fire AOE_SPEND either. but the ST version is sweet. by far the best ST sequence ive tested for Assrogues

I had the same issue and some dig up
I saw that my talent talent dont have Crimson Tempest (copied from icy-veins).
I tried another build from wowhead and macro worked well.
maybe you have same problem.

If you’re not running Crimson Tempest, Use Version 2 of the ASS_AOE_SPEND sequence.

Known Issue with AoE Macro and Blindside Talent

After further testing, I’ve identified that the reason the AoE macro may lock up is due to the Blindside talent. When Blindside procs, it can disrupt the /castsequence logic and cause the macro to hang. This appears to be a long-standing issue with how WoW handles proc-based abilities, and it has been reported across multiple expansions.

If you’re running with Blindside talented, I recommend using Version 2 of the ASS_AOE_BUILD sequence instead.

• This version avoids the castsequence lockup, but you’ll need to manually use Mutilate to trigger Caustic Spatter during your AoE rotation.

That said, it’s worth noting that the overall performance difference is minimal if you opt for a build that does not use Blindside. In my testing, the gap between the Blindside build and a non-Blindside alternative was only around 1.10% DPS—essentially negligible in most content.

• Because of this, I’m currently using the Hybrid M+ build instead:

Here are my sim results comparing the DPS difference between the two specs, using Dungeon Slice and with no external buffs applied:

• Alternatively, you can simply replace Blindside with Tiny Toxic Blade and continue to use the main M+ build for 11.1.7.

I’m actively looking into a proper workaround. If anyone has already found a reliable fix, feel free to share it here, and I’ll update the macro accordingly.

This explicit buggy and left out to rot rogue talent in wow ( and not gse ) to be precise.

I’m currently gearing for Assassination at the moment but I always switch it up, just for fun when running delves. I haven’t started M+ this season yet but plan to once I get more gear from delves.

• On that note, according to Fuu from the Rogue class Discord, Subtlety is looking good this season for M+ but I guess we’ll have to see.

Hey there, the ST Build macro works just fine but the ST Spent macro literly does nothing - aoe build + spent works just fine idk i didnjt changed something its just not working the ST Spent i have to spent AoE for now i guess untill someone helps me out how to fix this issue with the ST Spent sequenze
