Troll Beast Master Macro Problems

I use the following macro, but Dire Beast wont fire and Glaive Toss wont refire. Any help would be appreciated.

/dismount
/targetenemy [noharm][dead]
/petattack
/castsequence reset=6 Kill Command,Arcane Shot,Cobra Shot,Cobra Shot,Arcane Shot,
/castsequence reset=10 !Glaive Toss,!Focus Fire
/use [combat]Bestial Wrath
/castsequence reset=10 A Murder of Crows,Dire Beast
/cast Berserking

from what I can see your /castsequence reset=10 !Glaive Toss,!Focus Fire it should be /castsequence reset=15 !Glaive Toss focus fire when you have 5 stacks and your /castsequence reset=10 A Murder of Crows,Dire Beast it will wate to the MoC will come of CD witch is 60 sec
